Four Seasons Business Solutions

For the past 13 years, I have run my own small business: a private school in the Los Angeles 'burbs. I've been thinking about expanding, so I began talking to investors. I found a group of investors willing to invest in my school, but they kept asking for a business plan. I didn't have a business plan, so I decided to try to write one.

Turns out, writing a business plan is much more difficult than you'd think! I was struggling and not getting very far. I was trying to do industry research but I couldn't find any statistics sources that didn't want thousands of dollars just for the information. I read in a business plan guide that the average small business owner takes 400 hours to write a plan - on average!

Needless to say, the investors began to get a little impatient. I abandoned my attempt at a plan and decided to hire professionals to do it. The first company I hired, Business Plan Writing Expert Specialists, took my money and ran. I then began asking other business owners I knew if they knew of a good business plan writing company. I was referred to Four Seasons Business Solutions by a couple of the owners I talked to.

Four Seasons Business Solutions completed the plan fairly quickly. It was 64 pages in length: full of graphs, financials, and descriptions of various aspects of my company. I showed it to the investors and they liked it too.

In the end I got my investment funding, and am in the process of expanding my school. I guess the lesson here is that there are some things in life you could hire someone to do, but really should do yourself, such as cleaning, driving, raising your kids, etc. But there are also things that might be beyond your abilities, such as replacing the engine in your car, building your next house, or writing a professional business plan. Sure, you could do any of those things in theory, but what about when it really counts? Unless you are an expert in that area yourself, you really should hire a professional.
